When I dropped my car off I was told it would take a week and two days. Later upon receiving a call for an update I was told it would take 6 days. On the 6th day I called and was told they were waiting on a part and they would call me back the next day. I called the next day because they told me it would be done by noon. They called and told me it had not arrived this day. The same thing happened the next day. This time they checked to make sure it would be on the truck to arrive the next day. I am not sure why this didn’t happen the first day they were waiting on the parts and told me it would be there the next day.

They disagreed with my insurance company about the repairs. They wanted to replace parts and the insurance company just wanted them refinished. The net result was they wanted me to pay for the parts of my pocket on top of my deductible. I had to get a little bent out of shape to straighten that out. That's where the Limited parts supply come into play as I mentioned below. They don't seem to have any flexibility. My front bumper had been painted once before, and so they wouldn't repaint it again. I think their rules are a little too rigid. They're only allowed to buy parts from Keystone who doesn't have everything even though they're a big supplier. But it limits their ability to secure parts to repair cars.

Everything is aligned correctly, bolted up correctly so there is no rattles, and the paint work was good.

Wanted to pay deductable cash, but they dont accept United States legal tender. That is always a negative for me. Plus their credit card machine was broken and they had to process over the phone with another shop. I don't do phone transactions with my debit card and would have switched to a credit card if I would have known.
