After our repair was complete, we noticed a couple of issues that we wanted further addressed. We took the car back and expressed our concerns. Those concerns were addressed immediately with the promise that the car would be returned to us the same day. Amazing communication and very helpful!

If we could rate this an 11, we would. The customer service and communication is absolutely top notch. Stacey and Melanie were constantly giving us updates throughout the entire process. And were very helpful receptive when we expressed the minor concerns after getting the car back the first time. The employees were always very welcoming and professional.

I work in customer service myself & I am a big person on problem/ resolution & communication throughout. I got a phone call every 3 days with an update & each person I spoke to, spoke with kindness & you could tell they’re in a great mood. Customer service is not easy to always be given back in a great mood when there are struggles. But each person I interacted with was so kind & explained everything to me. I will absolutely return whenever I have another issue. I will be recommending this entire team to everyone I know.

Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on my car. My car had scratches all over the one side of my car and roof due to a tree splitting and falling on it. After they finished, it looked exactly like it did when I first purchased it. I would definitely recommend them to others

They were very professional and informed me weekly on the process of my repair. They also took care of providing the keys of the rental car and forwarding them to the rental car company and also calling them. They did an excellent job on the repair and washed my Jeep afterwards.
