Very satisfied they were the politest when I was having a hard time because I was being the insurance go-between for both mine and the other guys insurance which I shouldn’t had to be and I was in there bawling like a baby and Jane and the other lady that was there were so understanding and You did a great job. My car looks beautiful and I can’t thank you enough for your kindness that you showed during this horrible time that I had to go through I’d recommend you to anybody and everybody that needed. Their car worked like mine like mine was buggered up. You’re very professional And I think you’re the best that I’ve ever had anybody work on a car and I think you again you need to put a big sign out by the Burger King so people can see it real tall God love you guys and bless you

They had good customer service. Everyone there was polite. I did not ever hear when I was there a cuss word or a bad word or off colored joking around they were business all the way.

Out of this whole ordeal that I had with the two insurance companies neither one of them taking responsibility to help me I had to do and be the legs work between the two insurance companies and when I came in, they brought my car and I mean, I was so upset and crying so bad and I want you to know your whole staff was awesome. I am very satisfied. They were very timely. They let me know when they know, they had to do anything more in the car was detailed on the inside which I didn’t expect and that was a bonus Wood to go to caliber collision because of their business ethics and their compassion for their customer. They did a awesome job. They are number 1+.
