They were super fast and communicative through the whole process. I never once had to worry about what was going on with my car. They even switched to texting me the information knowing I worked third shift so they didnt wake me.

Stacey did a great job of keeping in contact about my car's repairs! I always knew what the progress was! Stacey answered any questions I had and helped me feel comfortable along the way. Another wonderful bonus was that I could return my rental car from Enterprise right there! It made the process so seamless! We will absolutely use Caliber in the future!

I was never kept informed on progress of the vehicle’s repair, I was told they were supper slow it probably be done by the end of week that I dropped off the vehicle (it took a week and a half). I was told they would be starting repairs the same day I dropped it off if not the morning of the next day, it wasn’t started till Wednesday of the week I dropped it off. I had to call to get progress reports. Now the actual repair was flawless you can’t even tell there was ever an accident
