The repair to my Passat was done completely to my expectation. Paint match was absolutely outstanding and I am more than pleased with the end result. As much as we all hope to not have to use such services as they provide, sometimes life happens and the crew at Caliber in Bowling Green are exceptional at their job and always deliver a job well done. Will highly recommend them to anyone that needs getting a vehicle back on the road.

My senses were alerted to something being “off”. The length of time to complete the service and relationship with the rental company seemed contrived and unwarranted. Yes, the timeframe was provided up front but the process seemed drawn out unnecessarily to the point of inconvenience for minor needs.
