I would have been significantly more satisfied had it gotten done on time and not had taken twice as long as originally stated. They also did not detail my car, which they said they usually do, but the water is allegedly out. Allegedly.

They were great form start to finish from the time we dropped it off to the time we picked it up. They kept us up-to-date every week on what was going on truck. Looks like it wasn’t even in an accident. It’s brand new paint matched. Great I would highly recommend this company.

I called to tell you that my car was still making the same noise that it was making when I brought it to you guys the strut is broke and you guys replace the inner and outer tie rods but not the strut and ever since I've got the car back I've had nothing but problems engine light battery light

The customer service was outstanding. Ariel, Jane, and the General Manager kept me well informed weekly of all updates. They also promptly provided me with all of the paperwork that I requested. All communication was informative, professional, and friendly. Even non customer service employees greeted me and asked if they could help me every time I walked into the office. I have managed many customer service teams over my lifetime and have very high standards. You have a dedicated, well managed, informative team in Bowling Green. I was impressed.
