Not there fault at all. Car broke down on way home. Something mechanical,and havent driven car. Drove it everyday before the accident. You guys wouldn't knew about it. Not sure what I am going to do.

My car looks brand new! I hit a deer a few months prior and go my vehicle fixed from here and when I got my vehicle back the drivers side door was not flush with the back passenger door. I then hit another deer and went back to Caliber Collision and told them about the previous issue with the door they fixed the new damage and the previous door for no additional cost. Thank you guys!

When I dropped my car off I was told it would take a week and two days. Later upon receiving a call for an update I was told it would take 6 days. On the 6th day I called and was told they were waiting on a part and they would call me back the next day. I called the next day because they told me it would be done by noon. They called and told me it had not arrived this day. The same thing happened the next day. This time they checked to make sure it would be on the truck to arrive the next day. I am not sure why this didn’t happen the first day they were waiting on the parts and told me it would be there the next day.
