From the time I entered the door to consider giving my business to Caliber, to the time I left with my shiny, repaired, looking-like-new car, Cody made me feel as if I were the most important customer Caliber had. His estimate was fair and accurate, he kept me apprised of the status of the repair with several text messages throughout the day, and he made sure the job was finished earlier than anticipated (saving me rental car expenses). From Gidget at the front desk who is cheerful and friendly and awesome to Ricky who overseen the repair on my truck making sure that I was satisfied and happy. He was kind and caring about my concerns and the outcome of the job . Ricky was prompt with keeping me informed through text messaging And I really appreciated that everyone that work there seem to be genuinely good and it looks like a very nice operation.
