I very much appreciate how professional and informative JenniferHand was during the entire process of fixing our 2016 Honda. She was well informed regarding the process of what had to be done to complete the repairs. She was also a representative for USAA which was beneficial. Jennifer kept me updated on a regular basis, so I knew exactly what going on. She, also, reviewed in detail the work that was done which I appreciated. The repairs seem to be excellent. Overall impression of Caliber Collision is Excellent.
