I was satisfied with the repairs and it appeared when I picked up that there were no signs of the accident. Although, when my husband further inspected the bumper he noticed a bump on the top of the bumper. I am not sure that this would be related to the workmanship or the design of the vehicle (clips that hold the bumper in place).

Ms. Kirby was excellent at keeping me up to date on the repairs and even interacted with my son while I was trying to get his carseat installed back into my vehicle once the repairs were complete. Additionally when I dropped off my vehicle for the repairs I was driven to Enterprise for my rental rather than wait 10 more minutes to be picked up from Enterprise. Excellent customer service!!
