Jeannette was superb at the front desk! The waiting area was welcoming and comfortable, but we never waited long. Jen gave me a quick and thorough estimate, saving me money on a part another company tried to charge me. Caliber worked quickly and efficiently with my insurance and my vehicle was repaired within two days!! The management also checked in with us, and made sure we were satisfied. We couldn't be more pleased with their service!!!

First I will start with that I searched for Kevin to repair my car. He had worked on my daughters car, before he was with Caliber and his professionalism and knowledge far exceeded my expectations. After returning the second time now for my vehicle I was once again so pleased with Kevin and his staff, especially Jennifer. She called me eveytime there was an update and it was a pleasure to work with her as well. I hope I don't need Caliber's service again BUT if I do I will be back and I would recommend everyone I know to Caliber Collision because of Kevin and Jennifer, they went above and beyond.

The regular contact from Jennifer during the process was exceptional. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on and the timing for the repair. Even during the power outage of Hirricane Irma she texted me an alternate number in case I needed anything.
