I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and caring experience that I had with Caliber Collision From the very start I felt important when the receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile and attitude. . I was kept well informed of the progress at all times by Josh. He was awesome!! He explained in detail what was happening with my car as progress was made in a very timely manner. My overall experience was really positive!! My compliments to the staff. Also GEICO was very efficient in handling my claim.

I was extremely impressed with the care and concern that your staff displayed. The receptionist was very welcoming. Josh was awesome in all that he did to take care of me and my car. He went above and beyond to communicate the progress of my vehicle with me. I was on a time restraint because of my job. He accommodated my needs and he accomplished the repair in a timely manner. I sincerely appreciate all that Josh did for me. It was a positive experience thanks to him.

Absolutely satisfied by Josh and the communication I received ! I was given updates every day ! My car was ready early ! I am more than happy with my repairs to my vehicle !
