I would definitely give them 5 out of 5 stars! They kept me updated by text every few days. If I called with a question they answered promptly. Kim, the receptionist, was always friendly and polite. John, the service manager, was also friendly and helpful with his explanations of what was happening and what still needed to be done. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.

I wouldn’t go back to this shop nor would I recommend it to anyone else. I should have picked my vehicle up looking much better than it was when I brought it there.

The body work done on my back left corner of my vehicle looks terrible. It’s noticeable that I was hit & damage was done still to my Mustang. Also, I’ve noticed a couple of paint chips on my left side of my car that weren't there before. My radio is now not working as well & static sounds is all that I can get on my regular stations. There is also a gap on the left side of my radio dash that wasn’t there before too. Finally my front trim of my car looks like it’s half unclipped which wasn’t like that.

You guys did a phenomenal job on my Durango, looks like brand new, even a great wash and vacuum service, I didn't expect that bonus!
