The Brighton shop did a very excellent job on my car . Jeremiah kept me in the loop on everything he was doing and how long it was going to take . The job was excellent and I am very happy with what they did on the car . The painting and body work is excellent. They did a wonderful job.

Scheduled me to drop off my vehicle apparently during their morning meeting time (which they hold right there in the lobby). I waited with another customer for 20 minutes while they had their meeting 10 feet from us. Not sure why they scheduled me to come in just to sit through their meeting. Complete disregard of my time. When I picked up they had me sign paperwork before even inspected the final work. Was told they were wiping it down quickly since it was just washed. They pulled my car up dripping with water straight out of the wash. I was just handed the keys and he walked off. Whole experience was subpar. Definitely didn’t feel like my business was appreciated. Body shops are a dime a dozen FYI

Have some bent interior pieces. had buffing compound over. the clear coat is already tailing off, and the bodywork is so so.. they were twice what they originally estimated.

Ben came in on a Sunday afternoon to allow me to pick up my vehicle and drop off my rental vehicle. This was a great help to me because I live 3 hours from the Denver area and this saved me a long drive back to pick up my vehicle on a regular business day.
