I wouldn't use this company if I was paying out of pocket. I felt like they were looking for ways to bill more to State Farm.

Hard to get a completion date accurate between automated text messages, customer service rep and operations team. Also, initial estimate was 20% of final cost for very minor damage. Insurance paid it but it didn't make sense to me.

The repair was perfect, and there was broken glass everywhere when we took the car to be repaired. The shop took extra care to clean up all of the glass and get us back on he road!
