Thank you, Caliber Collision team for all your help! Everyone at the shop was very friendly and extremely helpful. Due to my job (I am a flight attendant at DIA), I can only use my car to access the employee parking lot when I go to work, so leaving my car for a week at the body shop was not an option. Getting a rental car was not an option either since the rental car would not be allowed to access the employee parking lot. I was in a pickle. Without my car and good public transportation that could get me to the airport, I would have to call in sick or spent additional money to take Uber to work (if I could find one at wee hours of the night). When I explained my situation, the Caliber Collision team worked on making sure that my car was ready for me in a shortest amount of time possible. They preordered my parts and scheduled my appointment right after I returned home from work. They kept me informed on the progress which made me stressed less because I could tell that they cared about my situation and were doing everything they could, so I could get my car back before my next flight. The whole process went really smoothly, and the best part was that they finished the work way earlier than expected which gave me the opportunity to enjoy my time off work without being stuck at home due to my car being in the shop. I am very grateful for all the “above and beyond” service I was provided. When I picked up my car it looked brand new and spotless. I would definitely recommend your shop to anyone that needs their car fixed. Thank you Caliber Collision team for making this whole process smooth and easy for me. I appreciate all your help.
