The repair was great. I was a little frustrated about communication challenges, but we resolved those and got the vehicle back as expected. One additional positive - the battery had died and needed to be replaced. You brought that to our attention and we were able to resolve it immediately vs. not telling us and getting home to find out we could not restart it. Thank you.

Nice lady, not great at her job/ customer service. Don’t try and tell a customer they have chips on there windshield and car when it was just replaced. I had to call multiple times to get updates.

The team did an excellent job repairing my car! I really appreciated the updates so I knew what was happening with my car through text and phone calls. The communication was excellent! I appreciated working with Wyatt! I’m thankful they got my car back to me today before I had to move. My car looked beautiful and was nice and clean and vacuumed! Very communicative of the process and reasonable timelines. Didn't turn the repair into the most expensive and easiest for them. Finally did an amazing job on the repair and thoroughly cleaned the car.
