The repair looks great the office staff was unprofessional, in capable, nonexistent and Peyton never called me back.

Took 9 days to fix a bumper. Every time I spoke to them the answer was no ! Until I got to Jerry. The staff at the location is negative and unhappy it shows in the service.

So good and so patient every staff that works there is so friendly trying hard to help you so when they finished repairing my car they even get my car a car wash and fill up the fuel tank so I really appreciate what they did for my car especially greatly thankful Wyatt he is so nice and patient to answer all my kinds of questions So I 100% highly recommend to my neighbors and friends and family members if you need fix your vehicle go to this caliber collision of 116th , I promise you won’t regret trust me

Everything went very smoothly with my bodywork. The work was exceptional. I am happy that the bumper that replaced the damaged one on m 2011 Hyundai suv match the original one and the color was matched so well.

No notes, only appreciation. The damage is undetectable and my car was clean, inside and out, upon pick up. Beyond the superb work on my car, I truly appreciated Wyatt’s kindness and communication. I received regular updates on the repairs via text which was helpful. As the damage to my car was by another party and this repair was facilitated through their insurance, I could not have been more pleased with how well everything was organized. I was able to get a next day appt and was well taken care of in terms of Caliber coordinating with Enterprise to drop off and pick up the rental car on my behalf. 10/10. Thank you!

The receptionist was friendly and very knowledgeable about what to expect during the repairs and approximate time to expect them to be done. Wyatt, the adjuster was very thorough and explained the process of the repairs. The company kept us informed during the whole process. I was very pleased with the repair work done at caliber collision. Body fender and paint work is a real art form. It does take a lot of time, but that is to be expected in the end. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them highly.
