Overall not great. I would recommend as part of the experience to clean the customers vehicle and to not leave them on low fuel.

While the repair appears to be good quality, the overall experience could have been better. Better communication and not leaving my car on low fuel, two low air pressure tires and two bottle of coolant laying in the back of my car.
