It was very impressive when the person doing the actual estimate took me to my car and explained what Caliber Collision would do. He pointed out things I never saw after the accident. I am very happy with all the updates and communication Caliber gave during the repair time. Initial feeling after picking up my Honda CRV has been one of having an extremely good experience in all aspects. Dwayne, the receptionist, body and paint shop provided great customer service and did outstanding work on the car. Thanks for everyone's efforts.
