Always satisfied… this is our 3rd time bringing in a vehicle for repair and each time they’ve never disappointed and the repairs are always perfectly done. Every person was super nice and very helpful. The communication and updates about the car were very much appreciated! I would never go anywhere else….. 10 out of 10, I would definitely recommend

Caliber Collision made my whole process seamless. They called me immediately to set up an appointment. When I arrived in shop, they explained the whole process and even set up my ride to get my rental. I was assigned to Ken. Ken is wonderful! He updated me throughout the entire process with the stages of my car. My windshield also needed to be fixed and he helped me take pictures because I’m height challenged lol! My car was fixed fast. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

When dropping off my vehicle I stated to the rep that the front lower bed corner appeared to be pushed in, she agreed. During the repair that person got transferred to another location. When I picked up my vehicle the bed corner still appeared to be pushed in. The rep went and got a manager to look at it and he told me that “that’s just the way these fords are” and that my eye was drawn to it because that’s where the repair was done. He continued to argue with me, but I showed him that you can not fit a finger in between the cab and bed at the bottom and can fit 2 fingers at the top. When I got home I went under the truck and there is a support that appears to be damaged it is curved and the other side is straight.
