Your shop was recommended by my son-in-law, who had some work done on his car, I was a bit concerned because of the sgf of my car (6 years ago) and the color it was….a deep metallic red. The body work on the trunk lid, along with moldings was in an awkward place as well. I was extremely pleased with the ability of your shop fix the body and molding damage, but very happy you were able to match the color so well. Another shop declined to do the work because of the semi-custom color. Your shop really did a great job… good as new!

Caliber Collision body guys, and the entire customer service team was absolutely extraordinary!! I couldn’t be any happier with the work that was done on my 2018 Toyota Corolla. It looked to me like it was even washed and buffed. I hope I will never need collision repair again, but if I do, you can bet I will call Caliber!

Paint job is fine but my battery is dead and my vehicle will not start. I believe my battery was reconnected improperly which has now resulted in additional out of pocket cost.

Loren was absolutely incredible. She went above & beyond to address my concerns and ensured I received prompt responses in addition daily updates. The cherry on top is she had my SUV ready 3 days before the anticipated completion date just in time for my vacation. I cannot praise Loren highly enough. Thank you for everything.
