I was rear ended by a van. There were scratches and scuffs on the back of my truck from the accident. Before I admitted my truck to caliber we did a thorough inspection and marked with a pin anything that wasn't part of the rear end damage. When I got my truck back the scratches were still there. How did they miss that? I don't have a clue. But either way, I reached out to the insurance company because another claim has to be submitted
