I feel Caliber Collision went above and beyond with my repair and returned my vehicle in excellent condition. They took it a step further and cleaned my vehicle thoroughly, my car all around looked amazing. I truly appreciate them and everything they did. I only realized after getting home that even the plastic trim parts that should not have been painted were completely painted over. As a result, the rear bumper is no longer in its original (OEM) condition.

Customer service was good. I was informed throughout the process of the status, however I was disappointed that the whole bumper was not painted and that they put the old BMW emblem back on. It just seemed like a cheap cut corner kinda of deal.
