Gage did a super good job not only on repairing the car, but with communicating and keeping me in the loop. He always kept me updated and always answered the phone. He never once rushed me through a conversation or explanation. If I had any questions at all then he’d listen carefully and thoroughly explain. The manager also did an amazing job of answering any concerns I had. The receptionist was delightful and connected me to the right person with diligence every time I called. There was also an issue regarding the car making it to the shop due to the towing company’s fault and the staff made sure to reach out to them personally to get me an explanation on what happened to my vehicle
