So, I think this place has the opportunity to be successful. However, I felt like Kim was too comfortable with me where she became rude in some cases. I called them back by phone and she was extremely rude to me and was too comfortable with talking to me in that way. She was very abrasive and I was offended. Wayne too I thought was too comfortable. He called me after my car was delayed and mentioned it was ready and said to come and get it now as they ran out of parking spaces. My repair was over $8K. I am sure the car would be ok until I got off of work. Just thought it was unprofessional to mention that. They were being too comfortable.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision - 1101 Hampton Park Blvd #500, Capitol Heights, MD 20743. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and made the entire repair process smooth and stress-free. After my car was hit while parked, I was already frustrated and overwhelmed, but they helped make everything easier by working closely with my insurance and keeping me updated throughout the process. The repair work on my 2009 Chevrolet Malibu came out amazing—the front end looks great, and my car looks like nothing ever happened. The staff was friendly, efficient, and took the time to answer my questions so I felt confident every step of the way. I truly appreciate their customer service, attention to detail, and quality work. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing collision repairs in the Capitol Heights area. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much better!
