Dropping my car off and picking it up was uneventful. Service provided during the check in process was very smooth & I'm satisfied with the repair. There was one issue upon check in when the service man ask for last name JONES, 3 of the indu individuals in the waiting responded YES. THAT WAS FUNNY.
