The car hadn't been checked over before release. We had to have the windows reprogrammed and some "goop" cleaned off before we took it and now we have found a few more defects and so will have to bring it back.

Updates were provided but were often inaccurate. We received at three notifications that the car would be ready on a certain date only to find that it was not. This became very frustrating - would prefer more honesty.

There are a few issues that I had/have with the repair, but it is overall acceptable. I had to return my car to due to to issues with the locks. And have recently noticed that the Honda stripe on the driver door is not exactly aligned to the one on the driver passenger door
