Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the repair work on my vehicle. In the beginning, however, customer service was a bit challenging. The front desk representative I initially interacted with came across as combative, which made for a less-than-pleasant experience. Fortunately, when I returned to pick up my car, I was assisted by another representative—a lady with dreadlocks—who was exceptionally polite, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. Her positive attitude completely turned my experience around. The repair itself was excellent. Although I later noticed the bumper was coming loose on the side opposite the repair, I brought the vehicle back and the issue was addressed immediately without any hassle. Thank you for making it right and for the quality workmanship.
