While this one mishap took place I am still overall pleased with the results and would suggest this place to others. This is also the second time in which I had services completed at this particular location which made it easy for me to be a returning customer.

While the dent was gone and the overall look of the services was complete, there was a part that was sticking out at the bottom of the back bumper that could have been explained if someone was able to walk out with me to view the vehicle before departing (informed that my rep had left for the day)

There were two customer service reps during my visit. The first rep was friendly, helpful, informative-extremely professional. When picking up the vehicle, another rep was assisting me but was not as friendly, said my service rep had left for the day; however, when I returned to pick up the vehicle, the service rep was assisting another customer in which I had to look at the services provided alone.
