The only issue was they did not clean the vehicle before returning it to us. My husband had the vehicle cleaned when we dropped it off but they didn’t give it back to us the same way.

My experience with caliber collision was top notch. I was treated with kids gloves, and everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. They took care of me., explain their service to me and answered all of my questions that I had. Mr. Danielle was the gentleman. I was seeing the repairs of my vehicle and he kept me up-to-date during each phase of the repairs. I did not have to ask for an update on the repairs, they were sent automatically through each phase of the repairs. When my vehicle is ready, I got a text message and when I went to pick up my vehicle, the young lady at the desk went over a detailed list of the repairs performed on my vehicle, she explained all of the charges, what my insurance covered and the balance I had to pay. Mr. Daniel and I looked over the repairs on my vehicle and answered any questions that I had. I am very, very, very pleased with the service from Caliber Collision. I will most definitely use their service again.

The Team at Caliber Collision on Hampton Park Boulevard that repaired my car and provided assistance at the front desk kept me informed of the repairs needed. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the work on my car within the time agreed. Most importantly, they did a great job with the repairs and painting my car following the repairs.
