Everything is great. Front staff is very kind and helpful. I truly appreciate Elmer for taking the time out to help me with the problems dealing with my car and taking the time out to explain everything clearly and having patience. He always has a very pleasant attitude and takes time out to listen to any questions or concerns. Staff overall is amazing. Thank you again.

I was not satisfied with my overall experience with caliber collision my car was due to be finished with being repaired on May 1, 2026. I called Mr. Ian the person that was in charge of the repairs to my vehicle I never heard from him or got a return call back. I finally picked up my car on last Friday which is May 8, 2026 . The repairs on my vehicle is unacceptable I’m not happy with the work my hood to my vehicle has gaps in it you can see the brackets underneath the hood the corking on the hood of my car is Done poorly and when I press the lock button to my remote to lock my vehicle the front lights do not flash and they were flashing before my vehicle was brought to caliber collision. I’m not satisfied at all with the wait and the repairs to my vehicle and also not happy with the communication.

I’m not satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle at all is gaps and spaces in the hood that’s not covered. The corking is done very poorly and my lights do not light up when I hit the remote button to lock my vehicle when they were lighting up before I brought the car in for it to be repaired. I’m satisfied totally.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. A friendly atmosphere continued throughout the repair being completed. I am very satisfied with the service provided at Caliber Collision. The technician was very professional, respectful and obviously very skilled. My car looks beautiful. I had work done on another car years ago at this same location and was very satisfied. It is the reason I came back.
