Beginning with the friendly greeting and meeting my Service Advisor, Kris Yakovich, everything went smoothly. Kris examined the damage, prepared an estimate and explained the entire process. I was kept informed every step of the way and provided with an expected completion date. I was provided assistance with a rental car and its return. The repair was flawless and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Kris is to be commended on his knowledge and professionalism. He takes great pride in customer satisfaction and pays attention to the details. People make a company and Kris is a shining example to others to follow. In my corporate world Kris would be defined as a Must Keep/Must Promote. A great big Thank You to Kris and staff for a job well done! On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Kris an 11. Khristopher was absolutely amazing and was extremely helpful during the entire process. My insurance company was not the easiest to work with, and he did his very best meeting, deadlines and submitting documentation as well as keeping me in the loop. 10 out of 10 would I return and recommend. He needs a promotion haha.
