the repair of my vehicle was not 100% completed,and for the amount of labor charged it did not match the result. I was told to put some paint over the scuff mark left on my bumper. I was not happy about this because the technician wanted me to believe this damage happened during the pick up of my vehicle. I showed the damage to another specialist what is it? He stated the job was unfinished
