It took them two weeks to give us an estimate for the repairs. Then they started to work on the car. When it became apparent that the car would not be completed before I went on a trip I negotiated with them to allow me to leave the car at the shop after repairs were completed. I just got home from the trip went to pick up the car and was asked to come back later. Everyone has been really polite and very nice but, really the car has been there for a month.

They lied to me and accused me of damaging my own vehicle. I was infuriated! They even popped my SAME broken bumper back into place saying it was fine.
