This is the second time I took my car to calibor and the wait time to get my car back is ridiculous, even though I did tell the rep that I was more corrern about the repairs getting done versus getting it quick ,if there was better communication from the rep and my insurance I would have received my car sooner

There were scratches on the side of my car and hood that should have been repaired because my car was stolen and had no prior scratches, my matts were also ruined and my insurance told me they would replace them as long as Calibor submitted it to them which they never did, when I picked my car they told me if I still wasn't satisfied I should take pictures and send it to my insurance which I think it's calibors job to do

I had asked about some clips to be fixed on the back of my trunk and the guy had said they could pop some in to fix the shell piece. When I picked up my car it wasn't done. I was also told originally that my headlights would be cleaned because they have a sun haze on them, but that wasn't done either. However everything else was done great and the customers service was excellent
