I am very satisfied with caliber collision. Liz was especially very helpful with my whole experience. They got my car done within a reasonable time and within the time I was told. When I got my car back, it was washed, and vacuumed. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend to others :)

I am very happy with the service at caliber collision. I especially appreciated the help I received from Liz. My car was worked on and finished in a reasonable time. And I received it back squeaky clean, they vacuumed and washed my car and I was really happy with that.

10 for the shop but Enterprise was late and didn't bring the small car I asked for. That extra charge is going to be passed along to the responsible party. Not good.

The communication by Marvin was stellar. He kept me in the loop on the status of the repair time so I was aware at all times. The paint looks fantastic. I could not locate any differences between old and new. Also, the receptionist was great as well. She was very friendly and courteous to me and those she spoke with on the phone. Kudos to everyone involved in the process.
