Christina in reception, Crystal in the claims adjuster position and John are an amazing team. I can not thank them enough for their curtesy, professionalism and overall understanding of a person that is stressed by a recent accident. Although I did not get to meet any of the behind the scenes mechanics or body shop repair people, I can only imagine that they are as professional and efficient as the rest of the team you have built at Caliber Collision on Eagle St in Centennial CO. I am grateful that my Farmer's agent recommended this shop to me. They are the best!

Like I said, I would recommend for quality of work and caution them about the communication issues.

Work appears to be very nice. Couldn't be happier about that. Communication problems. Promised phone calls didn't happen. Communication issues with the insurance company. This delayed completion of work by a day or so. Suggest some sort of semi-automated system to keep customers abreast of progress and developments during repair.
