I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the Caliper Collision team. They truly care about what they do and you can see it in the work they do. I was constantly updated on the progress of my repairs and knew exactly what to expect. I wish I could say the same for Enterprise but I appreciated the communication that Caliper Collision made to have a rental car available. They arranged for me to be picked up to get a rental and they also took care of returning the rental so I didn’t have to. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would strongly recommend Caliper Collision to others.

I am Very Satisfied with the repair as well as the Staff handling of our repair. The only suggestion I have....too many texts and emails. In our case, we kept being reminded that our repair would be completed on a certain date....day after day. In the end, that date got pushed and all of those reminders were worthless. 1 or 2 updates would be fine but daily is too much. All in all a very good experience.

Car was fixed and above and beyond repairing some other previous damage I had that was in the area. As a toddler mom my car is a MESS and they went out of their way to vacuum and clean it up for me. It was a treat and the little things and details make all the difference. Thank you so much!
