Amazing customer service. The front desk was easy to work and had great communication. She also offered to support with getting me a rental which was so kind. The communication from Trey was also great. Finally I REALLY appreciated that they cleaned my car.

This was a very difficult repair that required new frame and we thought we could get away with something less but between Caliber and Progressive they demanded that it be back to like new, and it was! It took four months but that was because of Toyota and at that the original estimate was six months or more. we are very pleased with the end result and all the work that Trey put in to keeping us informed all the way. He was great !
