Truck looked great. Steering is a little sticky when turning. Will need to bring it back to look at it.

Started slow. Did not hear anything for a few days after my truck was delivered. When I called, I was told a manager would call me back. Did not receive a call. Had to call back again. Was told I would get a call back. Finally, Trey was assigned to my truck and he was great. Called me with updates when he said he would. Was responsive when I called. Still working on a couple of small issues.

Caliber was great to deal with. I appreciate the text updates. My car was ready in a few days and looks brand new. The employees exceeded my expectations. Lori is an incredible asset at the front desk. She showed concern about me and my car. I had confidence in leaving my car with Trey. They both were professional and understanding. Additionally my car was washed inside and out which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Caliber at this location.
