Matthew Falk, Jolie, and Bobby were all fantastic to deal with! They were courteous, knowledgeable, communicated clearly from beginning to end and coordinated very smoothly between me and my insurance provider. Additionally, an electrical issue reared its head after they performed the original scope necessary that turned out to be unrelated to the incident they originally resolved with my truck. The Caliber team didnt skip a beat. They immediately brought in the right tech to go through everything, troubleshoot diagnostics and codes and were able to resolve it for me in a single day then worked with me to charge me only what their tech time cost. It was truly a first class experience in every aspect. i am extremely grateful to them.
