I enjoyed working with the shop on Pine St in Parker. My car was sent to the Frazer/Jordan location. They sent text message updates bit when I tried to call the customer service was nothing like the other shop. I left a message for Terry to call me. 2 hours later I had to call back only to find out he was out for lunch. I got some excuse about the insurance company holding up the car.

It seemed like I personally screwed up the initial appointment as far as where the insurance information on the claim was suppose to be sent. On my part the apptointment could have been a disaster but your receptionist was really professional and kind an we got the job done so we could move forward. I have nothing bad to say about the anything and the car looked great when I finally picked it up. By finally I mean they had a hard time connecting with me because my phone was having problems ringing me. Any way the entire process went perfect once I got out of their way, they were kind, polite and extremely helpful in every way possible. We have had several cars in , in the past couple of years and every time our experience was great!! So Customer service was A+++.

They did a great job. Can't even tell where it was damaged. I would recommend a "quality control" go through the affected area to make sure all screws are tight, plastic parts secured and buffing compound swirls removed. This was good for my vehicle but people with fancy cars would probably appreciate it more.
