Excellent work! I was very pleased with the professionalism and expertise in repairing our vehicle. Since it was only months old before the accident, I am happy to see it look like brand new again. Only one issue, unrelated to the repair work, was Caliber forgot to put my rubber trunk mat back in my car. I had to return to the shop to ask for it back. I returned to pick it up the same day as vehicle pickup, and they still luckily had it in the back of the shop.

I oddly sat waiting initially for about 10 minutes while 3 people were working on other things. There were no other customers. Felt funny to watch people make copies and talk to each other while I sat alone.
