Paul was great and I felt like he was working his hardest to try and help me. But some BS policy about some third party having to pay before I can get my car when I’ve paid in full is crap. I was told my car was ready then had to wait an hour when I got there to actually get my car because Auto Works hadn’t paid yet.... waste of my time when I had paid my portion.
