Only a few days since picking up car. Hard to really say. Work seems very good. Communications was a bit lacking. I was told after giving approval for my car to be sent to another shop it would be brought back to the original shop but that wasn't communicated or looked at. They did upon my request return it to the original shop. Also, I had purchased this car less than two weeks prior to accident. It had been detailed by the car dealer but upon return was filthy. I spent 2 hours detailing it myself after picking it up. A bit disappointing. Not everyone is bringing in a new car but when you do, it is bad enough to have someone rear end you immediately. Having it returned filthy was a let down and one more thing to deal with.

One of the workers stole the $100.00 tool box out of the trunk of my car. I spoke with several staff members and the manager about it but have not heard back from anyone.

The result was perfect—no sign of the damage.

The final result (repair) was excellent, but it took way too long (almost a month, after an estimate of just two days), and there was little communication from the shop. I had to call five times to find out what was going on. I was leaving town for two months and had to press the shop to return my car on time—it came just two days before.
