Everyone was professional and courteous. I recommend giving folks a 24-48 hour heads up of when to expect their car will be ready. That way customers can be prepared for the call when the car is ready. It caught me a bit off guard to get a call at 3:30pm that my car was ready now and that I had 24 hours to pick up my car once the complete button was entered to the insurance company. Any forewarning before completion would have been helpful. Thanks.
