Caliber Collision was very efficient and professional in the beginning on Bangs - the employees didn’t make notes regarding the gas pedal needs to be repaired and Progressive told your office this - we had to call our insurance a few times so they could call Caliber on Bangs Road about this - other than this misunderstanding everything else was great They completed my car in 2 weeks time which was great since we are in Holiday season - Thank you

Everything went well. There were a few [understandable] oddities. The only complaint I can think of was the sub-awesome cleaning of the truck. I had to clean the glass (inside & out). I am guessing a greasy rag was used to wipe that down. Otherwise….KUDOS!
