Repairs completed made my vehicle look brand new.

No communication in regard to estimated completion time and additional work. I had to call the office myself in order to get the ball rolling on a wiring harness that was missed on original work. Overall the appraiser and mechanic do excellent work and made me feel this is an established business. But the communication seems like it could use some very needed improvement.

My car is missing the plastic clips that go around the rim of tires and the front plastic of the car did not come in on time I am still waiting for it.
