A-1 service. Calibur was quick. My Tacoma was in and out in two days. The repairs were done well even down to replacing the chip guards. Kelly was wonderful to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way.

They need to work on communication and customer safety when fixing their vehicle

The right fender was not tightened and is loose. The driver side seat rack cover was snapped off during the cleaning stage. Communication with Adrian was not very good. I’ve give him a 5 out of 10. He made many promises he didn’t follow through with. At one point he said they are docked points when they complain too many times to the Allstate Adjuster. I was very concerned my best interest or safety isn’t being prioritized by All State or Caliber Collision because of a point scale system. I still believe my door lock latch should be fixed as it was broken during the incident. I hope matters can be resolved
