10 of 10 service all around! From beginning to end, white glove service provided. So impressed with repair quality in a timely manner, communication from beginning to end via texts, and even provided someone to drive my repaired vehicle back to my home and took the rental back. Such an added benefit in this busy world we leave in. Excellent! Would highly recommend.

Nothing really my car came out nice and all the texts messages were very nice keeping me updated. The only thing I found when I got home was two little spots that I don't know where they came from. I would come back and tell my friends what good work you do. 😊

My Kia looks beautiful on the outside. I just wish it looks as nice inside that it does outside. Someone could have cleaned up all the trash folded the clothes and vacuum everything out!! Just kidding 😂 plus, all the staff were very nice to me. Thank you for another good experience 🥰

I was dissatisfied with the lack of human interactions. I would not get updates about my car unless I called which I would after receiving text messages. Even today I called several times to confirm a pickup time but none was given. I got a call at 4:27pm to let me know my car would be ready in 5-10 minutes. Very frustrating because I live across town and needed to drop off the rental. I picked up my car close to closing time. I get home and notice the tailgate doesn’t look flushed with the rest of the vehicle and the tow hinge doesn’t look new it has scratches. Now I will have to take time from my work to go take yet again my truck.
