I had a great experience at Caliber Collision. From the front office staff who were friendly to Tuan who kept me informed about my car. I will definitely recommend Caliber to anyone that needs their car repaired.

My Experience

Professional from the start. Started at the facility on 10th St but they do not handle aluminum. Lady immediately called the Bangs Ave location and got me an appointment. The team at Bangs Ave gave me what I considered a fair estimate. I did not look for any other estimates - the Bangs Ave team gave me the confidence I needed that the work would be done promptly, professionally and to my satisfaction. The truck was ready on time and the results speak for themselves. You cannot tell any repairs were made and the paint color match is perfect. I'm hoping I never need vehicle body repair done in the future but know who I will be using should something happen.
